Ha le caratteristiche e le capacità che tale ruolo richiede ma soprattutto è una Donna con la D maiuscola che gestisce nella sua società due squadre nei campionati nazionali di B (unica società in Italia che con lo stesso codice ha 1 squadra femminile in B2 e 1 squadra maschile in B) e saprà svolgere il suo compito con competenza e consapevolezza.
